Biography:

Axel is the Founder and President of Kay Group KK, based in Tokyo, Japan. Kay Group is developing current and future business leaders and advising on organizational change at the executive and middle management levels.

Prior to creating Kay Group, Axel worked for many years in the pharmaceutical industry in general management and commercial leadership roles. A German citizen born and raised in Japan, he has worked and lived in several countries across Asia, Europe, and the US.
