Join this session to gain a repeatable framework for AI leadership, practical tools to accelerate digital transformation in Japanese and cross-border contexts, and actionable strategies you can apply immediately—whether you lead from Japan or anywhere.

Artificial intelligence is reshaping global competition, but successful adoption looks different in Tokyo than it does in Silicon Valley or Singapore. Japanese firms bring unique strengths—process discipline, long-term thinking, and consensus-driven execution—that can become powerful advantages in the AI era when led correctly.

– What does responsible AI governance look like in a Japanese business context?
– How do global companies succeed when bridging AI strategy across Japan and Asia?
– How can Japanese leaders harness AI without losing organizational cohesion?

As Adjunct Professor at GLOBIS University and author of the new book Update All: The Executive’s Guide to the upDATAble Framework, Dr. Meri Rosich has 25 years’ experience as a chief data officer and advisor to Fortune 500 companies across Asia, Europe, and the US—including extensive work with Japanese firms and leaders.

In this seminar, Dr. Rosich introduces the upDATAble framework—a practical, five-step method to lead digital transformation effectively across Japanese and global business cultures. She draws on her teaching at GLOBIS and her frontline experience helping companies turn AI investment into lasting organizational capability.
