Course Overview

In today’s fast-paced business world, analytical skills are crucial across various roles and functions within an organization. The GLOBIS MBA course in Business Analytics aims to equip students with the fundamental principles and techniques of quantitative analysis, enabling them to make informed decisions in real-world business scenarios. Course Objectives

  • Understand Essential Analytical Principles: Learn the core principles and methods of quantitative analysis that are necessary for managers.
  • Enhance Decision-Making Skills: Develop the ability to apply quantitative analysis techniques to solve complex business problems and support decision-making in practical settings, such as business planning and proposal development.

Course Structure

On Day 1, students will learn about the process and significance of quantitative analysis, and how to apply the steps of problem solving. From Day 2 onwards, students will learn various concepts and analytical methods for processing and interpreting data, as well as methods for forecasting and decision-making using real-world business examples. In addition, on Day 4, students will be able to flexibly utilize the methods they have learned up to that point to carry out a comprehensive developmental exercise.

About hybrid online/in-person classes:

All class sessions can be joined online.
In-person sessions will take place at a hotel in Taguig, Metro Manila (exact location to be shared with students). Enjoy complimentary food, beverages, and study materials if you are participating on-site. There is a lunch gathering after class, care of GLOBIS.

Rahul Bandyopadhyay leads global student recruitment for GLOBIS University’s MBA programs. In 2022, Rahul launched the English nano-MBA, GLOBIS’s microcredential program that combines live sessions with self-paced study enhanced by AI-driven feedback. With over a decade of experience in traditional and digital management education, Rahul brings a broad and innovative perspective to learner engagement and program growth. 

Before transitioning into education, Rahul began his career as a semiconductor researcher at Panasonic. At GLOBIS, he has played a key role in expanding the reach of the MBA programs, supporting their international growth and strengthening global recruitment strategies. Rahul is also a graduate of GLOBIS University.
