Working as a business analyst, it’s my responsibility to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders. While I have solid IT and consulting experience, I realized I lack the business context and strategic perspective needed to influence decisions and deliver effective change. The Pre-MBA’s biweekly setup is the perfect opportunity for me to absorb concepts, reflect on my previous experiences, and apply it in my work after.

I attended an in-person trial class and saw how interactive the lecture was with both the professor and other classmates. The exposure to diverse perspectives is a key highlight because it gives me valuable insights into how professionals from other industries approach problems. The active discussions help uncover gaps in my thinking.

I’m looking forward to networking with fellow GLOBIS MBA classmates the most. I’ve noticed that some of the most valuable learning happens outside the classroom through shared experiences and seeing how others think and solve problems. The varied backgrounds of my peers make every interaction an opportunity to grow and reflect.
