What made you choose the GLOBIS MBA?
A Japanese friend told me it is a really good school for MBA.
What did you like most about the GLOBIS MBA?
Its approach to teaching the students. We learned from cases, experience, and our internship. The diversity of students was also really helpful.
How did GLOBIS help you achieve personal and professional changes?
Although I had a really good work experience, I wanted to shift. I started my MBA during COVID while I was still working. It was during our OBH class that I realized how much I wanted to be part of HR/Change Management. When I got to Japan, I planned my internship well and chose a company that would allow me to get an experience in HR. With the help of people from GLOBIS and my professors, I am now employed as a Global HR member.
Which were your favorite courses?
OBH, CRT, HRM, CCM, and Strategy courses.
If you were given a choice on which moment you want to relive as a student, what would it be?
Being in class and doing breakout sessions. It was always fun to hear my classmates’ inputs.
