Gen AI-Driven Business Management

Build the mindset, skills, and judgment to put generative AI to work across your business, from applying hypothesis-driven thinking to creating new customer value. Learn how to collaborate with AI as a partner that accelerates your thinking rather than replaces it.

Ideal for professionals at any level who want to confidently apply generative AI in their day-to-day work, drive efficiency, and lead generative AI-powered value creation inside their organization (no technical background required).

Develop a mindset to thrive in uncertainty: Understand the VUCA environment that defines today’s business landscape, and learn why hypothesis-driven thinking, prototyping, and rapid iteration outperform traditional planning when uncertainty is high.

Master how to engage with generative AI: Learn how generative AI actually works, design and refine effective prompts through hands-on practice, and build the judgment needed to manage risk and use generative AI responsibly.

Apply generative AI to drive results: Practice using AI to consult, summarize, generate, and collaborate in everyday work, then put it all together to identify new opportunities for customer value in the age of generative AI.

Class of 2025 Full-time MBA Student

What motivated you to take a nano-MBA before starting the Full-time MBA Program?

Acquiring an MBA has always been a personal goal of mine. My career was going well, but I wanted to grow beyond what my environment offered and gain a more holistic understanding of business. I didn’t want to fully commit to an MBA without being deliberate and strategic. When I discovered GLOBIS' nano-MBA program, it felt like the perfect solution—short enough to explore without fully committing, but substantial enough to assess the investment. Now I am here in Japan as a full-time MBA student, which speaks to how meaningful the initial program was for me.
