Biography:

Leo Castillo is the managing partner at Fearless Consulting Inc. With more than twenty-five years of experience in organizational development and business transformation, Leo focuses primarily on leadership, team dynamics, strategy, and culture change. His clients have included many Fortune Global 500 companies from the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and several countries in East and Southeast Asia.

Leo is also one of the leading voices for psychological safety, having led large-scale culture transformation programs on the subject. He holds numerous organizational behavior, culture, and leadership development-related certifications including The Fearless Organization Scan, Timothy Clark’s Four Stages of Psychological Safety, Gallup Strengths, and The World Institute for Action Learning’s Action Learning.
