Speaker
Mei is a teacher with 14 years of experience building learning programs for students at different stages of growth. Throughout her career, she has focused on designing programs and environments where learners are encouraged to try, make mistakes, and learn through experience.
She moved to Japan to pursue her MBA at GLOBIS University, identifying as an introvert who thought deeply but often hesitated to take action. During her time at GLOBIS, she discovered her kokorozashi or personal mission: to help people stay human in the face of uncertainty and develop the courage to learn through action.
In this seminar, Mei shares the practical framework she developed to push through difficult moments during her MBA and after graduation. As a teacher and storyteller, she believes students are lifelong learners and advocates helping people reach their potential through clear, practical actions and honest storytelling.
